The responsibility of a Global Council would be to immediately start making adult decisions on behalf of all of humanity.
A universally adult system would replace, not repair, a childish pyramid system entrenched with greed and corruption. Global Council is efficient, mobile, responsive, and exists in the service of all of humanity equally. A Global Council would have the responsibility of relief while humanity transitioned to an adult system.
The vast majority of wealth in the hands of a few would not transfer into an adult system because of its universal community structure. Humanity and the resources of this planet would be under the guidance of a Global Council.
Council
: an assembly of persons summoned or convened for consultation, deliberation, advice or guidance.
: a group of people who are chosen to make rules, laws, or decisions.
: an executive body whose members are equal in power and authority.
Global Council would be capable of making effective universal decisions and implementing them within a 'make sense' time frame without all the games, false illusions, pointless debate, childish power and control issues. Very few of humanity's problems would transfer into an adult system, to require a decision.
A Global Council consists of selected individuals who have not aspired to power and control and are invited to serve humanity based on the relevant knowledge and actions they have evidenced in their lives.
There are no elections, lies, manipulated truths, speeches or, other childish nonsense, there is just a candidates profile and an individuals selection. Selected individuals are all on the same team: humanity’s.
A Global adult council would exist in equality around a core. Global Council is a council of universal balance, male, female, old, young, and across the many different areas of knowledge needed for the effective guidance of humanity.
The epicentre is universal wisdom, it is a source. The Global Council core would be a sacred place designed for connection to universal wisdom and should not be breached. Humanity needs to clean out its species core of childish leaders that role play adults. That clearing is part of the process to humanity's adulthood.

The current pyramid system of leadership consists of many humans who gravitate towards bi-polarized power and control in the centre of the core.
These bi-polarized humans typically have polarization issues and would aspire to power and control at almost any cost. A childish leadership class is the result. The negative results for humanity and this planet are self-evident globally.
These leadership individuals are easily corruptible because the real agenda is usually power and control for themselves at the centre of a core. Humanity has appointed self-serving elected or generational leadership for long enough and in evidence all the wealth and resources ended up at the top of a pyramid.
There are no excuses, or complex mathematics required, that is the result of humanities leadership in evidence. The pyramid system is one of humanity's growing pains to leave behind for history.
An adult council would not make decisions based on manipulating a voting base to keep itself and select others in power. An adult council is not corrupt within an adult system because it would be pointless; it is effective and efficient leadership.
A Global Council can focus on adult decisions in the interests of all of humanity without the time-consuming and wasteful self-serving childish political games that are now played, at the expense of the vast majority of humanity.
Over analytical bureaucrats and politicians, almost incapable of making a decision would no longer be in an adult leadership position. In an adult system, there are no hidden agendas, over dissections, fragmentations, corruption or self-serving agendas, so adult decisions can actually be made efficiently and effectively.
There are many proven people across all the different areas of knowledge for effective human leadership within a Global Council. All council members are therefore easily replaced, the council is a sum assessment of skill sets and experience and not dependent on any individual.
Service on the Global Council is brief, it is not about individuals, Global Council is a multitude of experience and perspectives that are constant, not the global council member. There is no need for anyone to make a career out of power and control.
With the balance and equality of a universal star understood, combined intellect and experience across the spectrum of human knowledge and an epicentre of universal wisdom, effective and efficient adult decisions can be made.
Many controversial issues that divide humanity would have a new perspective in an adult system, adult Global Council is a system. An adult global council works together like a family making decisions in the interest of everyone in that global family. Global council deals with real problems together, with care and regard of all family members.
In an adult world there are no tyrants, politicians, or royalty, just a Global Council guided by a universal star.
