A Universal land based sustainable cruise ship example explains universal infrastructure and the types of services and amenities that would be provided for everyone.
Earth was designed to be a Sustainable Cruise Ship moving through the Galaxy using Universal engineering. The constructions plans outlined here are of an Adult Universal Standard and not the current pyramid system construction standards of this planet.
After the completion of this prototype land-based ship, a logistical plan is outlined to move the majority of humanity into a fleet of 1080 sustainable land based Universal Community Cruise Ships ( Zone 1 ), Preserve selected existing Infrastructure for Tourism and Education ( Zone 2 ) and designate all other areas of the Earth a Global Park ( Zone 3 ).
Humanity has never undertaken a Geometrically Universal Construction Project that can be viewed from outer space to evidence the maturity of the Human species. The duality of this project is that a prototype ship would not only start humanity on an adult path, it has the potential to open a Communication Gateway to other Adult Universal Intelligence.

In orbit around the Primary Cores are the Secondary cores. These secondary communities are a very similar design, but the scale reduces with the facilities and amenities found in smaller cities.
In this example, there are 6 Secondary Cores in orbit around a Primary Core, with 6 more small-town scaled Satellite Community Cores in orbit around each of the Secondary Cores. There are 43 Community Cruise Ship Cores that create a single interconnected sustainable Terrestrial Cruise Ship of approximately 4 million people.
PERIMETER BARRIER
As with an actual cruise ship that has a hull, the Community Cruise Ship has a Perimeter Barrier around the perimeter of all of the 43 sectors for fire, flood, weather protection, wind erosion and wildlife protection. A perimeter barrier, as with the hull of a cruise ship allows humanity to better regulate what is within the Community Cruise Ship as with an actual ship.
DISPLACEMENT
The Earth’s total surface area is nearly 197 million square miles. Approximately 71 percent of the Earth's surface area is covered in water, and the remaining 29 percent is land. The Earth's total land surface area is approximately 57 million square miles.
Not all land is suitable for building a community cruise ship, the planet only has to sustain 1 Community per 38 thousand square miles. For instance the United Kingdom is 94 thousand square miles so that is approximately 4 communities. California would also be approximately 4 communities.
