Humanity would not have to pay for Community Cruise Ship amenities or facilities anymore than people would pay for actual facilities on a ship they live and work on.
The Community is fun and educational within a family environment. The cores of the different zones would contain the best zero cost facilities that humanity can provide.
There would be no logical reason to charge for facilities and amenities in an adult community any more than a person would charge family members for using family facilities in a home.
No one in the universe is charging humanity for rent or resources, no need for humanity to do something less adult in a Universal Cruise Ship community.
