The pyramid system is a breeding ground for division, racism, anger and resentment. A universally adult species within an adult community system would have equality for all with no tolerances for racism.
An adult universal community is an integrated unifying environment for an adult species, it is not a system of division. From a universal perspective humanity is one race, the human race.
Under current human leadership humanity is a childish universal species living within a pyramid of divisive control, that would be a logical universal overview of the human condition.
Race
: a group of persons related by common descent or heredity.

: a group of individuals who share a common history
Racism
: hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.
: a policy or system based upon such a doctrine; discrimination.
: poor treatment of or violence against people because of their race
: the belief that some races of people are better than others
Culture
: a particular form or stage of civilization
: development or improvement of the mind by education or training.
: the behaviours and beliefs of a particular social or ethnic group.
Humanity
: all human beings collectively; the human race; humankind.
: the quality or condition of being human; human nature.
: the quality or state of being human.
The minor physiological differences humans have between them depends on what direction a common ancestor took out of Africa. Some went one way and some the other, some thought: what’s the point in going anywhere.
Physiological differences resulted from the many different migratory ancestral developmental pathways and the environmental challenges they faced, as humanity populated the planet as a species.
It was advanced universal engineering that ensured the human body could adapt and change, and adjust to new environments.
Humans all have different strengths and weaknesses globally, just as humans would find in any immediate family. Humans experience and typically tolerate differences within any immediate family. Humanity is a family.
When humanity lives in a universal adult system, many of those physiological differences will fade. Humanity will always be enriched as a species because of different developmental pathways. In an adult system the different directions common ancestors took out of Africa will just be history.
Division and pyramid control systems are an opposing path to one of unity. Global brother and sisterhood, and that of true equality, inclusion and family is an adult path. Universal community would see a rapid conclusion to racism.
Racism is childish and humanity needs to put that behaviour aside. Far more adult for a species to let universal wisdom unify humanity on an adult universal community development pathway. Racism is deliberate and passed from one generation to another, humans are not born racists, but they are created by them.
Humanity needs to grow up, and not let childish human leadership divide a global family any longer.
