With a Sustainable Community Development based in part on a Cruise ship Model, a passenger has a a more inclusive financial experience. A constant stream of bills to pay for every possible fragmentation of service options would ruin most actual cruise ship experiences.

People would work on the ship, it is an efficient ship, so no long hours or overtime and people would be credited for their personal efforts and not their job description.
This Cruise Ship payment would serve to regulate ships resources fairly among passengers. No one is getting a free massage all weekend long on any Cruise Ship.
A Sustainable Community Cruise Ship is about putting the correct infrastructure in place so that people have the opportunity to live interesting, fun and rewarding lives without being slaves to a pyramid system.

Financial system appears to be corrupt to the core, a complex system with complicated rules. The vast majority has almost no understanding of such a complex system, an enormous benefit to any fraudulent and corrupt pyramid system and that appears to be the design construct.
The evidence of wealth distribution would suggest that global finances are nothing much more than a global casino. Nations or individuals owing extreme debt to a casino that never closes, the global casino lights are always on somewhere.
Greed
: a selfish and excessive desire for more of something; rapacious desire, for wealth and possessions.
Poverty
: the state or condition of having little money, goods or means of support.
: debility due to malnutrition.
Most Nations are tied into a global casino line of credit which translates into debt. It would appear the elites, politicians, and bankers up the pyramid have with personal debt, national debt and third world debt, made sure that nearly everyone on the planet owes money, or lives in a land that owes money.
The global financial casino in evidence seems to be designed to keep it that way. That’s power and control and they like that at the top of a pyramid. A wheel of debt that just keeps spinning; financial slavery.
The majority of humanity has unnecessary pyramid debt, while those at the top of a pyramid play financial Gods. Even if this global casino takes a loss trying to get even more money out of the majority, the majority will still have to pay their losses one way or another. This is a win win only casino for the humans that believe they own the house, and the planet.
Wealth Pyramid
World finance is a Global casino, national debt is casino debt held by a very small percentage of bi-polar humans with a powerful sense of entitlement.
A logical solution to global national and personal debt would be to declare global financial bankruptcy for the entire planet and start again under an adult financial system.
No actual God is the financial underwriter for this planet, so if the planet did go bankrupt, who would have to be paid back.
Moving to an adult system is when nations and people will no longer be in debt. An adult species does not have any debt for anyone.
The vast majority manipulated to serve the financial interests of the few, with investment in the majority being viewed by the top of the pyramid, as an expense, instead of an investment. That is humanity's pyramid system at work.
